ENGLISH // Emergence explores the transitional spaces of the contemporary city: quays, passageways, infrastructure—places often crossed without being seen.
Through black and white, the series questions the relationship between light and structure, between imposed movement and human presence. Lines, volumes, and perspectives form a visual language in which architecture becomes a sensitive material—sometimes abstract, sometimes almost intimate.
Human figures rarely appear as the central subject, but rather as scale, reference, or tension. Fleeting silhouettes, suspended gestures, discreet traces: signs that remind us these monumental spaces exist only through those who pass through them.
Emergence offers a slow journey, a silent crossing, inviting viewers to reconsider the city not as a backdrop, but as a living organism—made of layers, thresholds, and overlapping memories.
